(Mason, Ohio) – The combined Intelligrated, Trew and Transnorm organization has named John Naylor as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Naylor will lead direct and integrator sales, drawing on decades of industry experience with Mathews Conveyor, FKI Logistex, Intelligrated and Trew. He has a proven record of building trusted partnerships with leading North American retailers and manufacturers, and aligning automation solutions with their business objectives.

Naylor’s career includes over 30 years of developing and scaling sales organizations and larger-scale customer programs. He played a key role in the growth of several companies, including Intelligrated, through key customer programs and rollouts that included some of the most complex solutions in North America. He joined Trew at the company’s inception in 2019, before promotion to CRO in 2022 and more than doubling the organization’s sales.
Naylor has a unique ability to connect emerging technologies and automation solutions to real business outcomes. A solutions patent holder and accomplished commercial leader, he has a demonstrated history helping customers apply innovation in practical ways – improving performance, creating competitive advantages and delivering lasting value. As CRO for the combined Intelligrated, Trew and Transnorm organization, Naylor is responsible for aligning commercial teams and processes to support the company’s growth strategy and commitment to being the industry’s most trusted automation supplier.
