CX Spotlight - Windows Server & SQL Server Upgrades

Microsoft announced that Windows Server 2012 and SQL Server 2012 platforms have reached the end of support. Trew wants to make sure that you’re making plans to upgrade and understand your options so that you do not experience any interruption in service.

What does “unsupportable” mean?

Windows Server 2012 and SQL Server 2012 will no longer receive security patches, non-security updates, bug fixes, or technical support, which could open up your operation to vulnerabilities. If you opt not to upgrade to a supportable platform and an event occurs, you could experience extended downtime.

What are the options?
